Overview<br />
The <strong>University</strong> offers LL.M. program to the eligible students<br />
who are interested to pursue post-graduate degree in<br />
Law. The main objective of the program is to groom the<br />
students for acquiring in depth and exhaustive theoretical<br />
and research knowledge that enables them to tackle<br />
complex problems in their respective specialized fields<br />
and thereby continue towards their objective of attaining<br />
excellence. The extensive programs provide enough<br />
flexibility in respect of lecture courses, project work and<br />
seminar as well as research dissertation which is aimed to<br />
do research and to develop requisite writing expression in<br />
their field of research.<br />
The Degree of Master of Law (LL.M.) is the post-graduate<br />
degree which is to be awarded by Faculty of Law of <strong>Jagan</strong><br />
<strong>Nath</strong> <strong>University</strong> to candidates having completed well<br />
defined post graduate studies in the discipline of Law.<br />
