Commissioners. The <strong>Parish</strong><br />
<strong>Council</strong> has no right by law to<br />
object to most goods vehicle<br />
licence applications. Neighbours<br />
to a site may make representation to Traffic<br />
Commissioners if their enjoyment or use of their<br />

own land will be affected by, for example, noise,<br />
visual intrusion, vibration or fumes/pollution.<br />
However, complaints can be made to Traffic<br />
Commissioners at any time by anyone on<br />
environmental or road safety grounds.<br />
