5. SUPERINTENDENT'S CONSENT AGENDA
Board Action: 2011-198
Mr. Hughes moved and Mr. Carlson seconded to approve the Superintendent recommendation of the
following personnel items for the 2011-2012 school year as presented by the Director of Personnel.
These employees are being employed in the categories listed contingent upon subsequent receipt by
the Board of reports from the BCII and the FBI which are consistent with the applicants' answers on the
employment applications.
A. Certified - Appointments, Supplemental
1. Victoria Adamus - Cat's Cabinet (50%), $863 x .5 = $431.50.
2. Bradley Allen - Asst. Dir./HS Jazz Ensemble, $800.
3. Lori Ausperk - After-school Activities - MCHI, $21.84/hour (maximum 70 hours).
4. Kathleen Germano - Art Club Advisor (50%), $398 x .5 = $199.
5. Kathleen Germano - Teach a 6th Class-HS (1st Semester Only), ($8,259 X 50%), $4,129.50.
6. Jennifer Stevenson - Art Club Advisor (50%), $398 x .5 = $199.
7. Jennifer Stevenson - Teach a 6th Class-HS (1st Semester Only), ($8,259 X 50%), $4,129.50.
8. Kristen Surdy - Swimming/Synchronized Advisor, $3,106.
9. After-school Activities - Center, $21.84/hour: Carol Garton and Susan Meyer, maximum 120
hours with Broscheid, Hall, & Hancock (already approved on the August 24, 2011 agenda).
10. AM/PM Supervision, $17.04 per hour as needed, see Att. #1.
11. Curriculum/Other Special Employment, $120 per day for maximum number of days as follows
for teachers of record for credit flexibility testing:

12. Field Trip (2 overnights each at $132.03 per night and 2 Saturday Field Trip rates at $138.38 per
