Mr. Hess moved and Mr. Glynos seconded to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the
Board of Education and the Mayfield Education Association (M.E.A.) regarding an amendment to Article
XXXVII, Teaching Hours and Teaching Load, Section C(6) for the 2011-2012 school year.
