Your benefits<br />
No size or weight limits. One simple solution to all your<br />
time-sensitive cargo needs (subject to aircraft limitations).<br />
Performance Guarantee. Should your cargo not fly as booked,<br />
we’ll refund 50% of your freight charges.<br />
Priority handling and loading. We use teams of highly trained<br />
and professional people to ensure your freight receives<br />
priority service at all times.<br />
Access to capacity. You'll be given a definite collection time<br />
for your freight and documents at the time of booking and<br />
you'll know which flight your freight is booked on.<br />
Convenient network. The world's largest single carrier network<br />
serving over 200 destinations in 80 countries worldwide.<br />
Reliability and reassurance. In the unlikely event that we are<br />
unable to fly your cargo as booked, we'll contact you within<br />
2 hours of your Scheduled Time of Departure (STD). We will<br />
ensure your freight arrives at its destination within 24 hours<br />
of your original Scheduled Time of Arrival (STA) (subject to<br />
schedule). If we are unable to contact you outside of normal<br />
working hours, we'll contact you first thing the next working day.<br />
Making your booking. Bookings can be made via the local<br />
Call Centre or through GF-X.<br />
The Prioritise Dry Ice Service. Freight packaged with dry ice can<br />
use Prioritise. Cut-off times may vary to allow for safety checks.<br />
