A priority service for time-sensitive freight,
whatever the size or weight.
Your benefits
No size or weight limits. One simple solution to all your
time-sensitive cargo needs (subject to aircraft limitations).
Performance Guarantee. Should your cargo not fly as booked,
we’ll refund 50% of your freight charges.
Priority handling and loading. We use teams of highly trained
and professional people to ensure your freight receives
priority service at all times.
Access to capacity. You'll be given a definite collection time
for your freight and documents at the time of booking and
you'll know which flight your freight is booked on.
Convenient network. The world's largest single carrier network
serving over 200 destinations in 80 countries worldwide.
Reliability and reassurance. In the unlikely event that we are
unable to fly your cargo as booked, we'll contact you within
2 hours of your Scheduled Time of Departure (STD). We will
ensure your freight arrives at its destination within 24 hours
of your original Scheduled Time of Arrival (STA) (subject to
schedule). If we are unable to contact you outside of normal
working hours, we'll contact you first thing the next working day.
Making your booking. Bookings can be made via the local
Call Centre or through GF-X.
The Prioritise Dry Ice Service. Freight packaged with dry ice can
use Prioritise. Cut-off times may vary to allow for safety checks.
