Mr. Gupta is involved in sourcing and analyzing real estate investments in India in several types of property. ROGER HENSMAN consultant WP cAREY INVESTOR WP Carey provides long-term sale-leaseback and build-to-suit financing for companies and manages an investment portfolio of $12.7 billion. Roger began his career at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Group in London where he was involved in the acquisition of real estate with a value of over $6.35 billion. Following Lehman he joined LSI Management (London and Stamford Plc) acting as an acquisition executive in London. Roger has worked with WP Carey since 2010 and oversees investment opportunities in India.
