The pulse <strong>generator</strong> <strong>RUP3</strong>-<strong>3A</strong> is a small scale high voltage pulse <strong>generator</strong> for<br />
plasma immersion applications. It includes active switching off of pulses, a voltage<br />
up to -3kV and frequencies up to 10 kHz.<br />
