new working groups were established.
These groups will again be structured
with the government and industry
being joint and equal partners. Lean principles
and methodologies are applied for all working

Take existing solutions that have
been tested and validated on
individual ships and submarines and
proven to work, take other solutions
so implementation funding may be
obtained, and apply them fleet-wide.
Develop and maintain an
infrastructure to provide essential
feedback loops between the Fleet

partnership opportunities between the Fleet
and industry. Provide training opportunities to Fleet
