a complete marketing resource management (MRM)
tool, based around briefi ng, costing, job and content
management. This allows enterprises to manage and
approve their content in a much more effi cient manner.
We are also taking some of our more traditional products
to the Cloud, including our Topaz platform. Built on
Xinet, the industry leading DAM solution, it allows you
to host all your assets, whether they are images, pdf’s,
Microsoft Offi ce documents, videos or swf fi les. The
solution can be tailored to individual requirements,
providing a fl exible and robust but also cost effective
digital asset management solution.
Our integration between Xinet WebNative and the SaaS
based ProofHQ approval system has proved extremely
popular within the media industry. Its ease of use and
rapid setup means that companies can be up and
running very quickly, which is one of the key benefi ts of
any SaaS/Cloud based deployment. ProofHQ operates
on a pay as you go based costing model, which again,
removes all the expensive set up costs. ProofHQ can also
be added to Topaz to create your complete cloud based
DAM/Approvals solution.
