As if to prove it deserves to be on any “Best Beach in the World” list,
Boracay in March was the best I , d seen it in years: the sky was blue, the
white sand sugar-fine, and the water so clear you could see schools of
tiny fish even when standing ankle-deep on the shore. It , s hard to call it
