(ii) proof of nationality of the other Party.<br />

Installer and servicer<br />

(a) Malaysia shall grant temporary entry to an installer and servicer of the other<br />

Party, who otherwise meets its criteria for the grant of an immigration visa, for<br />

duration of three months or the period of contract, whichever is less. The period of<br />

stay may be extended for another period of up to three months. Any further<br />

extensions may be considered.<br />

(b) India shall grant temporary entry to an installer and servicer of the other Party,<br />

who otherwise meets its criteria for the grant of an immigration visa, for duration of<br />

three months or the period of contract, whichever is less.<br />

Such installers’ and servicers’ temporary entry shall be granted provided that the<br />

natural persons:<br />

(i) complies with immigration measures applicable to temporary entry;<br />

(ii) proof of nationality of the other Party;<br />

(iii) documentation demonstrating that he or she will be so engaged and<br />

describing the purpose of entry, including bona fide letter of contract<br />

from the entity engaging the services of the natural person in the host<br />

Party; and<br />

(iv) documentation demonstrating the attainment of the relevant minimum<br />

educational requirements or alternative credentials.<br />

Contractual Service Suppliers<br />

(a) Malaysia shall grant temporary entry and stay for a period of up to one year or<br />

the duration of contract, whichever is less, to a natural person to supply service as a<br />

contractual service supplier, provided that the professional complies with immigration<br />

measures applicable to temporary entry; and<br />

(b) India shall grant temporary entry and stay for up to one year or the duration of<br />

contract, whichever is less, to a natural person to supply service as a contractual<br />

service supplier, provided that the professional complies with immigration measures<br />

applicable to temporary entry.<br />

Such contract service suppliers’ temporary entry in subparagraphs (a) and (b) shall<br />

be granted on presentation by the natural person concerned of:<br />

(i) proof of nationality of the other Party;
