the ideal starter model to enter the
professional league. Its high functionality
and its compact dimensions
are based on a stable steel sheet
construction which is torsion resistant
and thus very resilient.
6 drawers with a height of 4x 80
mm, 1x 160 mm and 1x 240 mm
are perfectly good to store your
comprehensive workshop equipment.
With ball bearing precision slides,
fully extendable drawers, individual
locking, etc. QUADRO provides features
that are rare in this category
of trolleys.
Thanks to its high-grade powder
coating in silver-aluminium / black
color (RAL 9006 / 9005) QUADRO is
a real “eye-catcher”.

VARIO premium trolley.

The RATIO is designed for heavy
industrial applications, its highperformance
drawer rails have been
thoroughly tested on 40.000 opening
cycles.

VARIO.

MATADOR‘s top model is designed
to meet the demanding workaday
tasks in workshops and maintenance
areas. VARIO is not only a
workshop trolley, VARIO is a concept.
Made of 1,75 mm top quality steel
sheet, produced with utmost precision
on fully automatic CNC press
brakes, CNC laser cutting machines
and state-of-the-art chipping units,
assembled by robot welders and
finally powder coated in a modern
painting plant VARIO meets top
level quality standards.
VARIO is available in three standard
versions, either with 6, 7 or 8
drawers and painted in white aluminium
(RAL 9006) or black (RAL
9005).
From an order quantity of 4 trolleys
per color all other RAL colors are
available on demand.
By the way: You will receive VARIO
fully assembled and packed on a
pallet - simply roll down and start
working.

10.1 WORKSHOP TROLLEYS
Quality starts
with the sheet thickness.
As with cars the torsion resistance
of a workshop trolley is mainly
determined by the thickness of
the metal sheet.
As the sheet thickness cannot be
seen at first glance many sellers
save on the material and use only
steel sheets with a thickness of
0.7-1.0 mm. The joy of the low price
is only short-lived as loadability
and lifetime are only moderate.
MATADOR workshop trolleys are,
by contrast, made with a sheet
thickness of at least 1.2 mm,
when it comes to VARIO the
thickness of the top quality steel
sheet is even 1.75 mm. Thus the
trolleys reach a very high level of
stability and torsion resistance
which you cannot only feel but
even hear. No more shaking when
closing the drawers, no creaking
chassis when rolling - test yourself.
