Perfect mixing<br />

Spice mixes can only optimally<br />

develop their specifi c aroma if<br />

they have been very uniformly<br />

mixed. This is assured by the<br />

<strong>Meat</strong> <strong>Cracks</strong> mixing machines<br />

made of high-quality deepdrawn<br />

VA steel.<br />

As a result of a special mixing<br />

technology these machines are<br />

able to produce a holistic and<br />

homogenous mix even with recipes<br />

involving as little as 0.03 % spice<br />

extract, spice oil or individual<br />

preparations. The sieving system in<br />

conjunction with a metal detector<br />

guarantees that undesirable particles<br />

are not incorporated in the mix.<br />

All production steps are backed<br />

by comprehensive safety checks<br />

to ensure that the spice mixes are<br />

accurately blended according to the<br />

given recipe. A stringent<br />

monitoring system is also in place<br />

for computer-controlled product<br />

fi lling in containers that are sized<br />

according to specifi c requirements.<br />
