Owen Co KY marriage records show bond 13 Feb 1825, bondsman Cassius Claxon, married 26 Feb 1825 by James Medley.<br />

WILLS: Henry Co KY will book 1, p. 41 has a will for John MEEK, made 2 May 1801, and proved in court (for John Meek,<br />

deceased) in December 1803. This could be the present John's grandfather. Will names wife Margaret; sons Basel, John,<br />

Jerimiah, Josh; daughters Sarah, Terah(?), Rachael, Tempiy(?); frees negro man Spencer; appoints wife Margaret and<br />
