NanoCon : Chrom free conversion layer
Cr-free conversion layer
NanoCon coating is based on the Smart
Coating Technology. It can be applied as an
ultra thin layer and generates a defined
intermediately conversion layer. The product
was developed together with industrial
partners and it fulfils high-class standards as
well as the demanded and necessary layer
parameters like chrome free.
basic, liquid water based and free of Chrom and other metals
generates conversion layers with good adhesion and corrosion
protection properties on aluminium and zinced steel surfaces.
the application takes place in the immersion as well as the spray
process fulfils all appropriate quality requirements.
free of Nanoparticles and heavy metal ions.
it corresponds to the directives the EU (directive 200/53/ the EC)
and the raw directive in 2002/95/. It is also ROHS conform.
NanoCon
Contains no toxic or harmful ingredients. The active agent is a
specially designed Nanopolymer.
- Contains no ingredients requiring licence for import/export
- Ingredients are not listed in the RQ-list (USA)
- Ingredients are not listed in the REACH-SVHC-substances list
- Contains no Nonylphenol(-derivatives)
- Contains no Fluoridated substances like PFOS, PFOA or PFT
- Contains no toxic ingredients like As, Pb, Ti, Cd, Cr, Hg or Cyanide
non toxic for humans and the environment
High
Conform to the EU Directive 200/53/EC and the ROHS directive
in 2002/95/EC.
1, after easy acidic neutralisation 0
Easy to use
In principle, similar to the conventional products. Only small
process adjustments. (e.g. the extremely acidic pre treatment is
no longer necessary)
low in comparison to conventional products.
-The extremely acidic pre tretment is not necessary
-A special waste water treatment is not necessary
Nanocon is safe in sight of EU directives and future regulations
