4.1.1 HLFD Class 



During a multiple-device parallel test, an undefined value was returned as the return value of the 

sGet_Data() method.

Improvement During a multiple-device parallel test, the correct value is now returned as the 

return value of the sGet_Data() method. 

4.1.2 Virtual Test Express 

The logical value of the timing when the input waveform was switched to output waveform was 

not correctly output.

not completed correctly and Mozilla sometimes could not be launched.

If the PreExec() method was executed when all DUTs were excluded from test targets in the 

CONTACT class, a runtime error occurred.

4.2.1.2 VECTORFILE Class and VECTORFILEGRP Class 

If the pattern generator operated when all the following conditions were satisfied, a runtime error 

sometimes occurred. 

Conditions 

1. The free-pin-assignment parallel test was specified in the PARALLEL class. 

2. FREERUN was specified in the option data member of the SIGNAL_TIMING class or SIG- 

NAL class. 

Relevant software revisions: R8.05 and later (T7722, T7721, T6577, T6575, T6575A, T6567,

Improvement A runtime error does not occur now. 

4.2.1.3 Macro Name in System Definition 

In the T6575A, T6565A, and T6535A test systems, __DFMSIZE__ was defined as 256.

Improvement __DFMSIZE__ is now defined as 1024. 

4.2.1.4 SIGNAL_MD Class and SIGNAL_TIMING Class 

If the edge delay time of the T1 timing edge was changed by using the Modify() method when 

the pin type was IO or IOXT and the DNRZ2 or DNRZ2INV waveform was specified as the waveform 

mode, the edge delay times of STBL and STBT, not T1, were changed.

Improvement The edge delay time of only the T1 timing edge is now changed.

R1750MV cannot be selected from the Range menu in the HLFD dialog box. 


Improvement R1750MV can now be selected from the Range menu. 

4.2.3 Siteseer 



(1) In the DDR2 class on the test editor, when “1, 2” was specified in the Slot menu for COUNT, 

the specified Count value was set only for slot 1 side. 


Improvement The value is now set for both slot 1 and 2. 

(2) If the SS_Recalc() function was used when the PIN mode was selected in the optimizer 

function, values that were different than the described values for pins were sometimes set.
