2012 was a busy year in the Australian commercial property markets with buyers including sovereign wealth funds, offshore
funds, Australian REITs, Australian wholesale funds and private investors, both onshore and offshore.
But who will be the buyers in 2013?
With a buoyant domesc economy and strong local property markets in most capital cies, 2013 should be a big transacons
year for the commercial, retail and industrial property markets in Australia.
Colliers Internaonal were acvely involved in many of 2012’s biggest deals and will provide their views on who were the key
buyers in 2012 and who will be the most acve buyers in 2013.

Recent research published by RICS idenfies the essenal steps involved in property investment decision making by major
instuonal investors.

Bookings can be made by phone if paying by credit card.
1. Cancellations must be made and received in writing (email) by 7 days prior to
the event to guarantee a refund.
2. Delegates having registered, but not attended, will be liable for the full fee.
3. Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time, please notify the organiser of
the change as soon as possible.
4. Payment is required with the registration form. No places can be reserved
without payment.
