Auktionsbedingungen Terms of Sale
Die vollständigen Auktions- und Versicherungsbestimmungen
liegen im Auktionsbüro zur Einsicht
und zur Mitnahme aus. Mit der Abgabe eines
Gebots werden diese Bestimmungen vom Käufer
anerkannt

Verantwortlicher Organisator ist der Rinderzuchtverband
Sachsen-Anhalt eG
Die Tiere werden im Namen oder in Kommission
des Rinderzuchtverbandes Sachsen-Anhalt
eG verkauft.
Alle Tiere stammen aus amtlich anerkannten
tuberkulose-, brucellose- und leukosefreien
Betrieben.
Alle Tiere sind negativ auf BHV1 (IBR)
untersucht und haben einen BHV1-freien
ungeimpften Status. Sie sind alle virologisch
negativ auf BVD/MD untersucht.
Jeder Auktionsteilnehmer unterwirft sich den
geltenden Auktionsbedingungen.
Jeder Beschicker ist verpflichtet, ihm bekannte
wertmindernde Mängel (z.B. nicht ersichtliche
Verletzungen, unvollständige Katalogangaben
usw.) vor Beginn der Versteigerung unaufgefordert
der Veranstaltungsleitung bekanntzugeben.
Vor Beginn der Versteigerung werden
gemeldete und bei der Gesundheitskontrolle durch
den verantwortlichen Tierarzt festgestellte
erhebliche Mängel sowie unrichtige oder
unvollständige Katalogangaben bekanntgegeben.
Bei Doppelgeboten und Streitigkeiten entscheidet
die Auktionsleitung.
Die Zuschlagpreise sind Nettopreise.
Vom Käufer zu zahlender Rechnungsbetrag:
Zuschlagpreis + 8% Kommission + Attestkosten +
gesetzliche MwSt.
Das Eigentumsrecht bleibt bis zur restlosen
Bezahlung beim Verkäufer.
Die Tiere sind bis zum Abtransport pauschal mit
2.500,00 € pro Tier versichert. Möchte der Käufer
die Tiere zu einem höheren Wert versichern, muss
er sich mit dem Rinderzuchtverband Sachsen-
Anhalt eG in Verbindung setzen und die Differenz
auf die höhere Versicherungsprämie übernehmen.
Die detaillierten Versicherungskonditionen und
Bedingungen liegen im Auktionsbüro am Veranstaltungstag
zur Einsicht bzw. Mitnahme aus.
Alle Zuchtbescheinigungen, Anpaarungs- bzw.
Embryonenverträge sowie genomische Resultate
und Vornutzungsbescheinigungen liegen im
Auktionsbüro zur Einsicht aus.
Eventuelle Transportwünsche bedürfen der
gesonderten Absprache

The complete TERMS AND CONDITIONS for
livestock auction and insurance are free to view and
to take away in the auction-office.
A buyer is bound by these terms and conditions by
bidding at auction.
Auction´s location is the breedingstockyard
(Zuchtviehhalle) Bismark, 39629 Bismark
Date of auction is 30th July 2010
Responsible organizer is the cattlebreeders
association of Saxony-Anhalt r.s. (Rinderzuchtverband
Sachsen-Anhalt eG – RSAeG).
All stock is sold on behalf or in commission of
the RSA eG.
All stock originates from officially recognized
companies free of tuberculosis, brucellosis and
leucosis.
All stock is tested and examined negative for
BHV1 (IBR). The status is BHV1-free uninjected.
All stock is tested and examined virologically
negative for BVD/MD.
All participants of the auction are bound to these
terms and conditions.
Each vendor or representative has the duty to
declare known deficiencies (invisible injuries,
incomplete catalogue-information a.s.o.) reducing
the value of stock prior to the auction without being
demanded to do so at the auction´s organizer.
Significant deficiencies found at the healthcheck-up
by the responsible veterinarian as well as
false or incomplete information in the catalogue are
announced prior to the auction.
In the event of a disputed bid, double bid etc. a
final decision is made by the auctioneer.
The bid price is exclusive of Goods and Services
Tax (GST) / Value Added Tax (VAT). It shall be
added after the fall of the hammer for those sales
subject to tax.
The buyer must pay as per invoice: bid price +
8% commission + costs for export / costs for
certificates + legal GST/VAT.
Ownership of any stock is with the vendor until
full amount of the purchase price on receipt of a tax
invoice is payed by the buyer.
There is an insurance-flat rate of € 2,500.00 per
animal before transported to or back to buyer or
vendor. If a vendor / buyer wants to increase the
insured value, please get in touch with the RSA eG.
A higher insurance premium has to be covered by
the vendor / buyer.
Detailed terms and conditions for auction and
insurance can be viewed and taken away at the
auction-office on the day of the auction.
All breeding papers and certificates, contracts
for mating and/or embryos as well as genomic
results and certificates of pre-use can be viewed at
the auction-office.
Specific arrangements for transport and
management of livestock have to be made
seperately and prior to the auction.
