tomatoes<br />

1 tbsp tomato purée<br />

8 basil leaves<br />

1 small onion<br />

1 tbsp olive oil<br />

300ml semi-skimmed<br />

milk (or 1 tumbler-full)<br />

Salt and pepper<br />

2 bread rolls<br />

butter<br />
