As a further development of the SlGLocH perfect binder for producing
brochures, the new KB 4310 is equipped with fully automatic adjustment
axes which lurther optimlze the make ready times lor format changes.
When combined with the SIGLOCH gathering machine ZTIVI 4310, the
machine can be converted to the new production data within a very short
time. The Can Bus controlsystem with motorized adjustment axes guarantees
precise adjustment values ol the KB 4j1o and the ZTM 4310.
The machine switch cabinet is integrated in the machine frame.
The new job data is entered via a touch screen operator panel,
the reLevant stations such as infeed channel width, spine processing,
gluing stations, as well as cover feeders and pressing stations are
automatically set to the new data.

PLus/minus keys are provided on the controI belt of the KB 4i10 lor the
adjustment axes to allow direct access to the servo motors at alltiTnes,
even during production.
As a result of the easily exchangeable gluing stations lor processing
hotmelt or PUR, the l(B 4310 is a flexible production system that rneets
all market and quality requirements ior brochure production. n

trimrner with comper]sating stacker, the KB 4j1o can be extended to
form ar elficient perlect binding [ine. At the same time. the reduced
make-ready times guarantee economic and high quality production of
