Two spine processing stations optimally prepare the block for spine<br />
gluing. Either hotmelt or PUR gLues can be used in order to meet all<br />
product requirements. The cover is fed by a rotary feeder. The integrated<br />
scoring station prepares the cover for perfect positioning on the book<br />
block. The efflcient nipping station fixes the cover precisely onto the block.<br />

Motorized adiustment<br />
A second side pressirg function, integrated into the delivery,<br />
guarantees excellent results even lor dilficult cover materials. The<br />
products are transierred either separated or shingled by a laying down<br />
device onto a belt system for lurther transport to downstream processing<br />
systems. The entire line, consisting of <strong>KB</strong>, ZTM ard trarsport zone,<br />
is centrally controlled via the controlpanelofthe l(B 431o.
