Efficiently integrate and analyze video stimuli in your eye
tracking studies with the SMI Video Analysis Package -
an extension for SMI Experiment Suite TM 360° software
by SensoMotoric Instruments GmbH (SMI).
The package allows you to capture gaze data on Full HD
video content and to use SMI Dynamic Areas of Interest
(AOIs) to follow objects in the video and to quantify viewers’
attention.
Analyze movies, screen recording and mobile

The following video stimuli can be analyzed:
• HD videos supported by SMI Experiment Center
(avi, wmv, asf, mpg,mpeg, mpe, vob, mp4, m4v,
mkv)
• Screen recordings captured with SMI Experiment
Center
• Content from external video sources, e.g. a Playstation
added to SMI Experiment Center
(requires SMI Frame Grabber Package)
• Mobile video recordings with SMI Eye Tracking
Glasses or SMI HED
• Eye tracking videos captured with an external scene
camera (requires SMI External Camera Package)
Capture synchronized gaze data on Full HD
video content
SMI Experiment Center plays videos in Full HD quality
up to 1080p (1920 x 1080p) at 60fps supporting analysis
of smallest details in your video content. Rely on full
synchronization of video and gaze data.
