Default: Players who do not complete the “round robin” stage for whatever<br />
reason will be considered as “defaulted” and will not be eligible for<br />
any prize money.<br />

Hospitality Free hospitality (hotel, meals) will be provided to the players from<br />
dinner on 30 th of October to breakfast on 4 th of November. If a<br />
player is travelling more than 5 times zones, the player is entitled to<br />
1 additional night’s accommodation.<br />
For the extra accompanying personnel, the full accommodation is<br />
US$100 per day per head, including board, lodging and local<br />
transportation. We may make necessary reservation and arrangement<br />
upon their request in written notice (please, contact Jimmy Shang)<br />
Travel <strong>ITTF</strong> will make a contribution towards airfares by a specific<br />
amount in US$. Details regarding airfare contribution will be<br />
specified in the next <strong>Bulletin</strong>.<br />
It is possible to get discount air tickets from China Eastern Airlines.<br />

Substitutions<br />
Substitutions before the closing date shall be as per entry regulations.<br />
- A Continental representative will be replaced by another player nominated by that<br />
continent.<br />
- A Wild card entry will be replaced by a Wild card alternative.<br />
- A ranked player shall be replaced by the next highest eligible ranked player.<br />
Substitutions after the closing date will be in accordance with the World Ranking list,<br />
providing the player is eligible.<br />
