REVOLVING PLATFORM
Product description
Revolving platform of modular design, consisting of an
angular bearing and a travelling crane made from
curved section steel on a concentric bearing, with a
tracking and friction groove. 12 surface segments
with welded aluminium frame are suspended from
the angular bearing. The drive segment carries the
complete drive train, consisting of drive motor,
control, friction wheel and the user panel on the
surface. In addition to the speed control, there is
also an individual 230V shockproof socket located
inside the floor hatch. All runners are covered
in plastic and fitted with maintenance-free
ball bearings, providing for very smooth and
quiet operation. All electrical connections are of
plug-in design. With its "360 degree motion",
revolving platforms provide for the effective presentation
of furniture, appliances, vehicles and
technical plant .
Fittings
The platform comes with a veneered wood core
plywood cover plate and diagonal rods 25 mm in
thickness as standard, but floor coverings such as
chequer plate, weather-proof screenprint plate, pimpled
rubber, linoleum or perspex can also be used as an option.
Handling
Modular construction, providing for a low own weight
of the individual parts, and plug-in electrics connections
ensure that installation can be easily completed by two
skilled workers in just 3.5 hours flat. The total unit is stored
in suitable transport or storage trolleys.
