1. Zweck<br />
In dieser <strong>Norm</strong> sind Stoffe spezifiziert, die zum Schutz der Menschen <strong>und</strong> der Umwelt nicht in den<br />
Produkten der Business Group Automotive Cables enthalten sein oder nur in geringen Mengen<br />
vorkommen dürfen.<br />
Diese <strong>Norm</strong> dient der Einhaltung von jetzigen <strong>und</strong> zukünftigen gesetzlichen Forderungen sowie von<br />
Forderungen durch K<strong>und</strong>en der Business Group Automotive Cables.<br />
Mit der vorliegenden <strong>LEONI</strong> <strong>Norm</strong> <strong>001</strong> werden die folgenden <strong>Norm</strong>en ersetzt:<br />
• BU ASC <strong>Norm</strong> <strong>Verbotene</strong>/<strong>deklarationspflichtige</strong> Hilfsstoffe bei der Leitungsfertigung<br />
(Version AA06-<strong>001</strong> vom 27.02.2006)<br />
• BU ASC <strong>Norm</strong> <strong>Verbotene</strong> Stoffe auf Litzen<br />
(Version AA05-002 vom 11.07.2005)<br />
• BG AM <strong>Norm</strong> <strong>Verbotene</strong> <strong>und</strong> <strong>deklarationspflichtige</strong> <strong>Inhaltsstoffe</strong> in Kabeln<br />
(Version AA06-002 E vom 01.03.2010)<br />
2. Geltungsbereich<br />
Diese <strong>Norm</strong> gilt für alle Standorte der Business Group Automotive Cables <strong>und</strong> für alle an die Business<br />
Group Automotive Cables gelieferten Stoffe, Werkstoffe <strong>und</strong> Zukaufprodukte, die in Kabelprodukte<br />
einfließen.<br />

3. Begriffe, Definitionen<br />
Die vorliegende <strong>LEONI</strong> <strong>Norm</strong> <strong>001</strong> definiert verbotene <strong>und</strong> <strong>deklarationspflichtige</strong> <strong>Inhaltsstoffe</strong> in<br />
Produkten. Unter Produkten versteht diese <strong>Norm</strong> alles was in dem gelieferten Produkt verbleibt, was<br />
die Business Group Automotive Cables als Fertigungshilfsstoff einsetzt oder als Verpackung an K<strong>und</strong>en<br />
weitergibt.<br />
3.1. Grenzwert<br />
Der Grenzwert bezieht sich auf den gelieferten Stoff, die Zubereitung, den homogenen Werkstoff, das<br />
Produkt.<br />
Die Definition eines homogenen Werkstoffes ist der EU – Richtlinie 2011/65/EU (RoHS) zu entnehmen.<br />
Für Fertigungshilfsmittel ist der Grenzwert auf den Anlieferungszustand zu beziehen.<br />
Sollte in den Stofflisten für die einzelnen Substanzen kein Grenzwert spezifisch benannt sein, gilt ein<br />
Grenzwert von 10ppm.<br />

3.2. <strong>Verbotene</strong> <strong>Inhaltsstoffe</strong><br />
Mit "P" markierte <strong>Inhaltsstoffe</strong> sind für bestimmte Anwendungszwecke gesetzlich verboten <strong>und</strong> dürfen<br />
zwingend nicht eingesetzt werden bzw. dürfen die angegebenen Grenzwerte nicht überschreiten.<br />
3.3. Deklarationspflichtige <strong>Inhaltsstoffe</strong><br />
Mit "D" markierte <strong>Inhaltsstoffe</strong> sind deklarationspflichtig <strong>und</strong> oberhalb des aufgeführten Grenzwertes<br />
anzugeben.<br />
4. Zuständigkeiten, Verantwortlichkeiten<br />
Alle externen <strong>und</strong> internen Lieferanten der Business Group Automotive Cables müssen sicherstellen,<br />
dass bei allen Zukaufprodukten die jeweils gültigen gesetzlichen Regelungen <strong>und</strong> Richtlinien nach<br />
jeweils aktuellsten Stand eingehalten werden <strong>und</strong> keine verbotenen oder <strong>deklarationspflichtige</strong>n<br />
Stoffe über den zulässigen Grenzwerten in den Zukaufprodukten enthalten sind.<br />
Der Zulieferer ist verpflichtet alle nationalen <strong>und</strong> internationalen gesetzlichen Regelungen nach jeweils<br />
aktuellsten Stand über gefährliche Stoffe <strong>und</strong> daraus resultierende Verbotsverordnungen einzuhalten.<br />
Darüber hinaus gilt, wenn nicht anders angegeben, jeweils die neueste Fassung der „<strong>LEONI</strong> <strong>Norm</strong> <strong>001</strong><br />
<strong>Verbotene</strong> <strong>und</strong> <strong>deklarationspflichtige</strong> <strong>Inhaltsstoffe</strong> “.<br />

Die zuvor aufgeführten Richtlinien <strong>und</strong> Verordnungen sind vom Lieferanten zu prüfen <strong>und</strong><br />
einzuhalten.<br />
Zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung individueller Anforderungen von K<strong>und</strong>en der Business Group<br />
Automotive Cables, wird zusätzlich zu den oben genannten Gesetzen <strong>und</strong> Richtlinien die angepasste<br />
Stoffliste herangezogen.<br />
6. Durchführung der Deklaration<br />
Ein Musterbeispiel zur Durchführung der Deklaration verbotener <strong>und</strong>/oder <strong>deklarationspflichtige</strong>r<br />
Substanzen findet sich auf Seite 29 „Declaration of prohibited and reportable substances“ dieser <strong>Norm</strong>.<br />
6.1. Lieferantenerklärung<br />
In der Stoffliste wird unterschieden zwischen verbotenen <strong>und</strong> <strong>deklarationspflichtige</strong>n Stoffen für<br />
• Fertigungshilfsmittel<br />
• Litzen/Metalle<br />
• Werkstoffe (ohne Litzen/Metalle)<br />
Die Stoffe innerhalb der Untergruppen bilden entweder ausgewählte Beispiele oder stellen spezifische<br />
Abweichungen dar.<br />
Darüber hinaus sind alle Stoffe anzugeben die der jeweiligen Stoffgruppe zugehörig sind <strong>und</strong> im<br />
Allgemeinen als verboten bzw. deklarationspflichtig gelten.<br />
Diese Stoffliste <strong>und</strong> die <strong>LEONI</strong> <strong>Norm</strong> <strong>001</strong> sind mit dem Formular „Declaration of Compliance to the<br />
<strong>LEONI</strong> Specification of prohibited and reportable substances“ zu bestätigen.<br />
Hierfür ist ausschließlich das genannte Formular zu verwenden. Dieses ist vollständig ausgefüllt an den<br />
zuständigen <strong>LEONI</strong>-Einkauf zurück zu senden.<br />
Für Abweichungen ist das Formular „Declaration of prohibited and reportable substances“ zu<br />
verwenden.<br />
In Ausnahmefällen, z. B. wenn die datenverarbeitungstechnischen Voraussetzungen nicht vorhanden<br />
sind, kann die Lieferantenerklärung in Papierform an <strong>LEONI</strong> übermittelt werden.<br />
Sollten Sie die <strong>LEONI</strong> <strong>Norm</strong> von mehreren der oben aufgeführten Standorte erhalten, ist es<br />
ausreichend ein Deklaration für alle an die Business Group Automotive Cables gelieferten Produkte<br />
durch zu führen.<br />

6.2. Auslöser für Deklaration<br />
Die Deklaration durch den Lieferanten muss erfolgen wenn die im Folgenden genannten Auslöser<br />
vorliegen:<br />
• Erstbemusterung<br />
• Es besteht eine individuelle Anfrage<br />
• Deklaration war fehlerhaft<br />
• Produkte <strong>und</strong>/oder Prozesse wurden geändert<br />
• Neue Stoffverbote/-Deklarationspflichten <strong>und</strong>/oder Grenzwerte sind vorhanden <strong>und</strong> das gelieferte<br />
Produkt ist davon betroffen<br />
7. Anforderung bei Lieferung<br />
Unabhängig von dieser Regelung trägt der Lieferant die Verantwortung dafür, dass seine an uns<br />
gelieferten Zukaufprodukte die jeweiligen gültigen Gesetze <strong>und</strong> Verordnungen der Länder erfüllen, in<br />
die geliefert wird.<br />
Die aktuellen gesetzlichen Regelungen sind jeweils bindend. Sollte sich eine Informationspflicht,<br />
aufgr<strong>und</strong> von Erweiterungen/Aktualisierungen dieser Regelungen ergeben, ist der Lieferant<br />
aufgefordert dies eigenständig an den jeweiligen <strong>LEONI</strong>-Einkauf weiter zu geben.<br />
Zusätzlich ist die Eingabe der Werkstoffe in das IMDS (IMDS-Webseite: www.mdsystem.com) durch den<br />
Lieferanten im Rahmen der Erstbemusterung erforderlich.<br />
Die Eingabe hat unter der <strong>LEONI</strong> Kabel GmbH IMDS ID 1277 zu erfolgen, wobei die jeweils aktuell<br />
gültigen IMDS Recommendations für die Eingabe der Daten zu berücksichtigen sind.<br />
