3. MINUTES<br />
Minutes of previous meeting on 31 October were circulated and accepted. The minutes were moved<br />
by Colin Mitchell and seconded by Terry Root. Carried.<br />
4. BUSINESS ARISING<br />
• Letter has been sent to Matthew Ames (arborist) regarding trees along creek line<br />
• Toilet switch has been installed and Colin is to be reimbursed by Mr Mackie<br />
• Spraying of weeds C/F<br />
5. TREASURER’S REPORT<br />

7. GENERAL BUSINESS<br />
• Toilet switch has been installed<br />
• Bridge below Betty’s house has been replaced and some timbers have been set aside for the Hall<br />
Committee to build seats and outdoor furniture. Sue will talk to Sam Milligan about timbers.<br />

• Rachel Roddam has quotes for imported stones for playground. Sue Farley will follow up with<br />
Craig Fuller.<br />
• TFS is to fence around the fire shed for health and safety reasons. Jane Bradshaw expressed<br />
concerns about the design of the fence. TFS will consult with the council.<br />
• Jane Bradshaw has had two enquiries about campervans using the Rec ground. Tony Nicholson<br />
suggested they need to go through the council and apply for rates. We need to approach the<br />
General Manger of the <strong>Council</strong> to discuss the possibility of groups or single motor home owners<br />
on site. Sue Farley will follow up with Mr Mackie.<br />
8. NEXT MEETING The next meeting will be held on Wednesday 30 th January 2013 from 7.30pm in<br />
the Molesworth Hall.The meeting concluded at 8.15pm<br />

3. BUSINESS ARISING<br />
• Sue Farley has brought the door handles for the toilets<br />
• Sue Johntson sent a quote from Black Tac for marking lines on the concrete slab for Badminton,<br />
Half Court Basket Ball, Netball, Tennis and Volley Ball.<br />
• Christmas Carols Rachel Roddam will liase with DVCB <strong>Derwent</strong> <strong>Valley</strong> Choir, Molesworth School<br />
and Molesworth Singers.<br />
• Paul Stennars will set up PA<br />
• Yearly Planner has been printed off by Paul Stennars<br />
• Fire extinguishers to be checked by Terry Root in November<br />
• Car boot sale. We will be making hot drinks from 10.00<br />
• Hall bookings 17 th November for Lorena Bromfield Signs about using heaters will be done.<br />
• Checklist for using hall will be displayed in kitchen<br />

Fees for the Annual Report $57.60 Needs to be paid to Sue Johnston<br />
Paul Stennars moved the Treasurer’s Report, seconded by Rachel Roddam. Carried.<br />

Rachel Roddam and Betty Beamont will organise the smoking area and return paper to council<br />
Quote from Tas Tech for extension. James suggested this was reasonable compared with earlier<br />
quotes.<br />
Rachel Roddam will pursue Tasmanian Community Fund Medium Grants up to $90 000<br />
Extra quotes for plumbing and lighting will be sources by Rachel Roddam<br />
