125. Keller Rohrback’s work as lead counsel in ERISA cases has been widely praised.
For example, in the WorldCom ERISA Litigation, in which Keller Rohrback served as Lead
Lead Counsel has performed an important public service in this action and has
ways with Lead Counsel for the Securities Litigation and in doing so all of them
have worked to reduce legal expenses and maximize recovery for class members.
Lead Counsel…has also worked creatively and diligently to obtain a settlement
from WorldCom in the context of complex and difficult legal questions…. Lead
protection of employees and their pension plans not only in this litigation but in
all ERISA actions.
