Hua Tuo Jia Ji points (bilateral) at same level as rash and blisters – helps UB &<br />

DU; also helps system of nerves<br />

- Acute onset<br />

Heat signs:<br />

- Fever, chills<br />

- Restlessness, irritability; thirsty, desire for<br />

drinks<br />

- May or may not have burning pain<br />

- Constipation, dark yellow urination; bitter<br />

taste<br />

T: Red, red spots on tip and sides<br />

P: Wiry, slippery; or wiry & fast<br />

- Crops of vesicles full of fluid<br />

- Severe pain – sharp, with heavy head; joint<br />

- Poor appetite, nausea<br />

- More Heat: burning sensation, redness and<br />

- More Dampness: n, v, diarrhea or loose stools<br />

T: Red, swollen C: Yellow, greasy,<br />

P: Slippery, wiry, fast<br />

- Severe, sharp or needling pain, worse at night<br />

- Local skin becomes dark-red in color<br />
