or reprimanded. Now Kritanananda<br />

is there and I th<strong>in</strong>k there will be<br />

no difficulty <strong>in</strong> the management. I have<br />

received the cover of the record and hope<br />

to receive the records as early as possible.<br />

My dear Brahmananda,<br />

Please accept my bless<strong>in</strong>gs. I am <strong>in</strong> due<br />

receipt of your note along with Sri man Kirtananan<br />

da's letter. They are very much<br />

anxious to get the records s<strong>in</strong>ce you have<br />

sent the cover only. Please ask Mr. Lerner<br />

if Mr. Kallman is unwill<strong>in</strong>g to send the records<br />

for reasons known to him so that I<br />

can <strong>in</strong>form here to the parties concerned.<br />

We mu st have some def<strong>in</strong>ite understand<strong>in</strong>g<br />

<strong>in</strong>stead of prolong<strong>in</strong>g a matter. I th<strong>in</strong>k everyth<strong>in</strong>g<br />

is go<strong>in</strong>g well there by the Grace of<br />

Lord <strong>Krishna</strong>. I have <strong>in</strong>vitations fro m other<br />

organisations to lecture on 11th, 12th and<br />

14th at Self Realisation Organisation,<br />

Hi malayan Accademy Adm<strong>in</strong>istration and<br />

San Francisco University College. Some<br />

of them writes as follows: "Your Hol<strong>in</strong>ess:<br />

You have brought great beauty and harmony<br />

to our community through your love<br />

and devotion. Many souls have found their<br />

<strong>in</strong>ner peace <strong>in</strong> your teach<strong>in</strong>gs of the<br />

<strong>Krishna</strong> Consciousness " I could have immediately<br />

distributed many records <strong>in</strong><br />

these meet<strong>in</strong>gs by practical demonstration<br />

of the records. What shall I do with the<br />

empty case? I cannot understand the policy<br />

of Mr. Kallman. Please try to understand<br />

hi m and let me know what is the actual<br />

due receipt of your note . Ye s please send<br />

me immediately one copy of Bhakti Sutra<br />

(with orig<strong>in</strong>al Sankrit text) . I shall immediately<br />

beg<strong>in</strong> the commentary. Ye s you<br />

can edit on the tapes of Teach<strong>in</strong>gs of Lord<br />

Chaitanya. I am very pleased to receive<br />

your voluntary offer. Thank you very<br />

much.<br />

My Dear Kirtananda,<br />

Please accept my bless<strong>in</strong>gs. I am <strong>in</strong><br />

due receipt of your letter of 7th (March)<br />

February 1967 and I am very glad to learn<br />

that you are improv<strong>in</strong>g your department<br />

very nicely. I learn also that you made the<br />

new Kachouri accord<strong>in</strong>g to my direction<br />

and it has come out very successful . I have<br />

tought two more th<strong>in</strong>gs to Ranchor<br />

namely "Nan khatai" and "Peda" which<br />

you have to learn <strong>from</strong> him by succession.<br />

Srimati Jadurani writes "many of Swami<br />

Satcitananda's disciples were present <strong>in</strong><br />

the last Sunday's feast<strong>in</strong>g and returned<br />

this morn<strong>in</strong>g to Kirtan. Our traps are too<br />

strong to resist." I th<strong>in</strong>k you will agree<br />

with her. I am glad to learn that the film<br />

taken by Mr. Richard Witty has come out<br />

very successful. It is all <strong>Krishna</strong>'s bless<strong>in</strong>gs.<br />

I th<strong>in</strong>k we may purchase one copy of<br />

the film at some concessional rate <strong>from</strong><br />

Mr. Witty.<br />

Regard<strong>in</strong>g the house I was corect <strong>in</strong> my<br />

remarks that there was no def<strong>in</strong>ite understand<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

If Mr. Taylor can change his<br />

word of honour transpired between him<br />

and Mr. Payne certa<strong>in</strong>ly that is not def<strong>in</strong>ite<br />

understand<strong>in</strong>g. Mr. Taylor's lawyer can ­<br />

not change the understand<strong>in</strong>g between the<br />

two gentleman, he can simply give a legal<br />

shape only. Therefore, <strong>in</strong> such negotiations<br />

everth<strong>in</strong>g is done <strong>in</strong> black and white .<br />

Noth<strong>in</strong>g is be<strong>in</strong>g done <strong>in</strong> black and white<br />

but everyth<strong>in</strong>g is be<strong>in</strong>g done with faith on<br />

Mr. Payne.<br />

Now forget what has been done <strong>in</strong> the
