One of the best-known Beijing opera
theatres. On June 10, 2012, the theater
played host to American comedian Louis
CK, who taped an episode of his show
"Louie" there for an invitation-only
audience.

every year. Hence, the temple was
built just like palaces. In both the
Ming and Qing Dynasties,
sacrificial ceremonies were held on
most important festival occasions
in honor of the imperial family's
ancestors. The temple is a neat
cluster of buildings in three
courtyards separated by walls.

Eventowns management work during the meeting covered all the airport transfer services
for international flights, tourism during the meeting sessions, vehicle management for
business visits, and overall management of travel and transport. It provided all guests with
wait no more than three minutes transfer services during all the itineraries, which was up
to 6,200 people at a time; and made all the reception work run smoothly and well connected.
Eventown integrated Chinas traditional elements with modern ones during the planning and
arrangement of the entire BCG WWOM, which fully demonstrated Chinese culture. It provided
foreign guests with an incomparable luxurious feast at the unique welcome banquet location
of No. 23 Courtyard, Qianmen——an unprecedented neoclassical building complex in China
which integrates high-end dining, culture, art, and luxury. The BCG WWOM farewell banquet
was held in the Imperial Ancestral Temple with glazed tile roofs and red walls, which resulted
in the climax of the entire meeting event.
As the local DMC in China, Eventown helped foreigners know peoples hospitality in Beijing
and China, closed the distance between China and the world, and turned a global meeting into
a trip of Chinese feasts and Chinese culture and art through ingenious ideas, high-quality

The 44 th FCI Annual Meeting was held in Beijing from June 3 to June 8, 2012. Yan Qingmin,
Assistant to the Chairman of CBRC, Mr. Cagatay Baydar, Chairman of FCI, Mr. Jeroen
Kohnstamm, Secretary-General of FCI along with over 300 representatives of around 160
factors from 47 countries and regions including the United States and Europe attended the
meeting. As a co-organizer, CMBC entrusted Eventown DMC to arrange a memorable Chinesestyle
banquet for the annual meeting.
Banquet guests were high-end financial clients who arrived in Beijing from all over the world
with different languages and diets. As a DMC specialized in the planning and execution of
banquet activities, Eventown needed to assist the host in having frequent communications
and even better relationships with the guests, and it achieved this objective through welldesigned
activities.
During this Chinese-style banquet with the event slogan, hello partner, Eventown
arranged various activities in addition to special events, such as Chinese Kungfu shows,
learning Chinese calligraphy, dressing up in Chinese costumes, and providing souvenirs for
guests to take home. These activities all aimed to leave wonderful memories of China to
foreign guests from all over the world. A staff member just happened to learn it was a
guests birthday during the event, and Eventown immediately organized a birthday cake and
sang the birthday song, and the guest received best wishes from all the participants. The
banquet has won praise from all the guests and the host at the end.
