Integration
The IndigoVision InfoGenesis Integration Module
allows events and alarms from InfoGenesis Point of
Sales (POS) systems to be forwarded into
IndigoVision IP Video and Alarm Management
systems. This creates a tightly integrated POS and
CCTV monitoring system.
With the IndigoVision Integration Module, any
InfoGenesis POS transaction events can be logged
as bookmarks in the IndigoVision system. Operators
or administrators can then view the transaction
information as an overlay on live video. They can
also search and review the transaction information
side be side with associated video recordings. In
addition, when a POS Terminal goes on or offline,
an alarm can be sent which can trigger a wide range
of actions within the IndigoVision system. This
includes starting recordings, displaying live video
from any camera, moving a PTZ camera and
sending a notification email.
