granddaughter) on May 29, 2009.
Ann Mazzarella Cerankowski
and her husband will be celebrating
their 50th Wedding Anniversary on
October 1. They have 6 children
and 11 grandchildren.
Mary Anne Moyer Ciasullo and
Nicholas have 10 grandchildren.
They have a new foster daughter
from Myamar. Mary Anne and
Nicholas traveled to Peru and
Ecuador in October, 2008. In
February, they visited Vietnam.
Carolyn Runzer Dixon and
Charles became great-grandparents
in May. They already have a beautiful
great-granddaughter, Molly
Colleen McConnell, thanks to our
oldest granddaughter, Susan and
her husband, Tim.
Patricia Kennedy Jeffrey and
William celebrated their 50th
Wedding Anniversary May 16,
2009. They have 4 children and 7
grandchildren. Currently, Patricia is
working part-time as a residential
specialist.
Geraldine Horchuck Maddock is
happy to announce that her daughter,
Rayann Maddock Surel, ’97
and husband Andrzej welcomed
their first child, Lucas, on
December 11, 2009.
Anna Marie DiStefano Murphy
is enjoying her retired days. Most
of all, she delights in her three little
grandsons, who bring her nothing
but joy.
Virginia Aiello Nangle has two
beautiful grandchildren, Carly Ann
(6) and Matthew James (4½).

MaryLou Mazza Tantum is
retired from Rider University. She
has 6 children, 17 grandchildren,
and 6 great-grandsons. MaryLou
loves to travel. “Being Italian, my
heart skips a beat in Italy.” Beside
Europe, Americas, Ireland, Britain,
she also has visited China and
Egypt. She volunteers for AARP as
an instructor for the Safe Driving
Course.
Irene Kreiger Wade is looking
forward to the birth of her 5th
grandson and 3rd great grandchild.
Irene also enjoys teaching second
grade CCD class at Immaculate
Conception Parish.
Naomi Frederick Wehring lost
her husband on March 26, 2005,
Holy Saturday that year. She has
four grandchildren and Naomi is
now retired.

a Sister of St. Joseph for 50 happy
years on September 13, 2010!
Virginia Bescript Butch thinks
Little Flower is a great school and
provided her with so many great
memories. “Little Flower High
School has God’s blessings on her.”
Virginia is married 49 years and has
4 grandchildren. She is now a
retired RN.
Helena Reinhardt Steinbach will
retire from St. Peter Catholic
Church, Huron, OH on June 30,
2010, after serving for 35 years as
the secretary and office manager.
Adeline Grierson Teteris is now
the proud grandmother of an Eagle
Scout.

forward to our 50th. “I hope as
many as possible of my classmates
will be there.”
Mary Grivnovics Labik now has
two grandchildren with the arrival
of Colton, who was born on
January 24, 2010.
Antoinette Iaquinto Makowski
celebrated her 50-year college
reunion in April at Immaculata
University with Anita Jackson
Martin and Mary Kolb Clark.
Barbara Paciocco Orlando lives
in North Carolina and although she
is basically retired, she works three
hours a day in the office at a learning
center. She spent Mother’s Day
in Philadelphia with her sisters.
Sandra Tokarski Ploszaj has a
granddaughter, Presley Jane, (2)
and a grandson, Sam, who is 6.
Joyce Edinger Schellman and
Mike are retired. Traveling in their
motor home gives them great pleasure.
They try to go south in the winter
and north in the summer. “Keep
love in your heart and a smile on
your face.”

United States Postal Service
October 31, 2009. She plans to
evangelize about St. Katharine
Drexel and to travel.
Mary Klus Hitchner recently
retired from a 33-year career in
Geriatric Nursing.
Wanda Cendrowski Kaminski is
looking forward to planning and
celebrating her 50th Reunion. “We
have the greatest committee of
girls.”
Elizabeth Newmiller King welcomed
her fifth grandchild, Sarah,
on October 19. “I love retirement
but continue to tutor and sub.”
