Joan Barnett Anders welcomed<br />

her second grandchild (the first<br />

granddaughter) on May 29, 2009.<br />

Ann Mazzarella Cerankowski<br />

and her husband will be celebrating<br />

their 50th Wedding Anniversary on<br />

October 1. <strong>The</strong>y have 6 children<br />

and 11 grandchildren.<br />

Mary Anne Moyer Ciasullo and<br />

Nicholas have 10 grandchildren.<br />

<strong>The</strong>y have a new foster daughter<br />

from Myamar. Mary Anne and<br />

Nicholas traveled to Peru and<br />

Ecuador in October, 2008. In<br />

February, they visited Vietnam.<br />

Carolyn Runzer Dixon and<br />

Charles became great-grandparents<br />

in May. <strong>The</strong>y already have a beautiful<br />

great-granddaughter, Molly<br />

Colleen McConnell, thanks to our<br />

oldest granddaughter, Susan and<br />

her husband, Tim.<br />

Patricia Kennedy Jeffrey and<br />

William celebrated their 50th<br />

Wedding Anniversary May 16,<br />

2009. <strong>The</strong>y have 4 children and 7<br />

grandchildren. Currently, Patricia is<br />

working part-time as a residential<br />

specialist.<br />

Geraldine Horchuck Maddock is<br />

happy to announce that her daughter,<br />

Rayann Maddock Surel, ’97<br />

and husband Andrzej welcomed<br />

their first child, Lucas, on<br />

December 11, 2009.<br />

Anna Marie DiStefano Murphy<br />

is enjoying her retired days. Most<br />

of all, she delights in her three little<br />

grandsons, who bring her nothing<br />

but joy.<br />

Virginia Aiello Nangle has two<br />

beautiful grandchildren, Carly Ann<br />

(6) and Matthew James (4½).<br />

MaryLou Mazza Tantum is<br />

retired from Rider University. She<br />

has 6 children, 17 grandchildren,<br />

and 6 great-grandsons. MaryLou<br />

loves to travel. “Being Italian, my<br />

heart skips a beat in Italy.” Beside<br />

Europe, Americas, Ireland, Britain,<br />

she also has visited China and<br />

Egypt. She volunteers for AARP as<br />

an instructor for the Safe Driving<br />

Course.<br />

Irene Kreiger Wade is looking<br />

forward to the birth of her 5th<br />

grandson and 3rd great grandchild.<br />

Irene also enjoys teaching second<br />

grade CCD class at Immaculate<br />

Conception Parish.<br />

Naomi Frederick Wehring lost<br />

her husband on March 26, 2005,<br />

Holy Saturday that year. She has<br />

four grandchildren and Naomi is<br />

now retired.<br />

Sister Marian Behrle, SSJ will be<br />

a Sister of St. Joseph for 50 happy<br />

years on September 13, 2010!<br />

Virginia Bescript Butch thinks<br />

<strong>Little</strong> <strong>Flower</strong> is a great school and<br />

provided her with so many great<br />

memories. “<strong>Little</strong> <strong>Flower</strong> <strong>High</strong><br />

<strong>School</strong> has God’s blessings on her.”<br />

Virginia is married 49 years and has<br />

4 grandchildren. She is now a<br />

retired RN.<br />

Helena Reinhardt Steinbach will<br />

retire from St. Peter <strong>Catholic</strong><br />

Church, Huron, OH on June 30,<br />

2010, after serving for 35 years as<br />

the secretary and office manager.<br />

Adeline Grierson Teteris is now<br />

the proud grandmother of an Eagle<br />

Scout.<br />

Joanne Boyle Giard is looking<br />

forward to our 50th. “I hope as<br />

many as possible of my classmates<br />

will be there.”<br />

Mary Grivnovics Labik now has<br />

two grandchildren with the arrival<br />

of Colton, who was born on<br />

January 24, 2010.<br />

Antoinette Iaquinto Makowski<br />

celebrated her 50-year college<br />

reunion in April at Immaculata<br />

University with Anita Jackson<br />

Martin and Mary Kolb Clark.<br />

Barbara Paciocco Orlando lives<br />

in North Carolina and although she<br />

is basically retired, she works three<br />

hours a day in the office at a learning<br />

center. She spent Mother’s Day<br />

in Philadelphia with her sisters.<br />

Sandra Tokarski Ploszaj has a<br />

granddaughter, Presley Jane, (2)<br />

and a grandson, Sam, who is 6.<br />

Joyce Edinger Schellman and<br />

Mike are retired. Traveling in their<br />

motor home gives them great pleasure.<br />

<strong>The</strong>y try to go south in the winter<br />

and north in the summer. “Keep<br />

love in your heart and a smile on<br />

your face.”<br />

Francine Feggans retired from the<br />

United States Postal Service<br />

October 31, 2009. She plans to<br />

evangelize about St. Katharine<br />

Drexel and to travel.<br />

Mary Klus Hitchner recently<br />

retired from a 33-year career in<br />

Geriatric Nursing.<br />

Wanda Cendrowski Kaminski is<br />

looking forward to planning and<br />

celebrating her 50th Reunion. “We<br />

have the greatest committee of<br />

girls.”<br />

Elizabeth Newmiller King welcomed<br />

her fifth grandchild, Sarah,<br />

on October 19. “I love retirement<br />

but continue to tutor and sub.”<br />

Sister Rosemarie Lafferty, SSJ is<br />

not only tap dancing for the Lord<br />

but she is also taking hip-hop once
