Model KL-RS
The Wangen Model KL-RS pump is a hopper silo pump for conveying
and metering dewatered sewage sludge with a dry substance content
(DS) of 15 to 45%. This makes the Model KL-RS silo discharge pump
an indispensable core unit in modern sewage plants.

As silo discharge pump in modern sewage plants.
Dewatered sewage sludge is stored temporarily
in buffer tanks with capacities of up to 500 m³.
From this point it is tranferred by the pumps,
which are flange-fitted to the bottom of the silos,
in automatic 24-hour dosing mode to a drying
plant or an incineration plant.
