Information for transmittance of invoices with digital signature to IWOfurn
Invoice must be signed per single document. Each invoice must be sent and signed per single document.
Document name No special characters allowed (i.e./\ etc.)
Supported Signature formats
Method of transmission depending on signature format
must be stated in German language.
a) Integrated pkcs#7 signature. Document type is .pk7
b) Signature together with signature object in a zip file.
Document type of signature is then .p7s
For a) x400 SUBJECT = „Digital signierte Rechnung“
For b) x400 SUBJECT= „Digital signierte ZIP Rechnung“
Please transmit applicable subject.
