& October 22, 2011).
Together with Dr. Naja, I have assisted in the evaluation of the NFSC 301 learning outcomes and
deliverables offered to graduate students of the NFSC department. Upon this evaluation, the
course instructor will modify the course content to better address the statistical methods needed
for our graduate students (Fall 2011-12).
Participated in the drafting of the Agribusiness program (Spring 08).
Participated in the drafting of a proposal for a new course for Agricultural Sciences students
(Introduction to Nutrition and Food Science, Spring 08).
Attended most of the Center of Teaching and Learning Workshops for AY 05-08 (AUB),
including the list below:
1. Teaching Large Classes (January, 2006),
2. Teaching Portfolio Workshop (December, 2006),
3. Forum on Teaching Effectiveness (March, 2007),
