A Successful Partnership - Junior Achievement

4. GOALS_______________________________________
To contribute for the education of young students in public schools and stimulate volunteer
work among branch employees of Citi Brazil are the main objectives of this Project.
After being trained by Junior Achievement staff, the Citi volunteers teach students
education and bank market concepts, in order to prepare them to engage in a competition
based in a computer simulator called Banks in Action.
By taking part in the program, students develop the following knowledge:
Concepts of financial education;
How does a bank work;
Team work;
Decision making.
