Safety
Autec designs and manufactures certified
industrial radio remote controls in which the
safety level meets the strictest standards.
All of the radio remote control design criteria
(functional, electrical, environmental, radio)
meet the current state of the art.
For the customer, the use of certified Radio
Remote Controls is a guarantee that safety,
quality and reliability have been tested and
checked by a competent, recognized and independent
third party.
In the C26PRO series, the Stop function and
the neutral position of the movement command
actuators are protected against failure
thanks to the SNP (Safe Neutral Position)
safety system.
The C26PRO series is certified according to
EN 954-1 by TÜV Süddeutschland (cert. MD:
U001220186021; cert. MA: U001220186022;
cert. PRO-M: Z10030720186024): the protection
of the Stop circuit meets the requirements
of category 4 and the protection against the
unintended movements from standstill of the
actuators meets the requirements of category
3 of such Standard.
Radio frequency communication is made via
a “proprietary Autec” system, certified and
suitable for “Critical Safety” applications: each
radio remote control set uses a code that is
unique (i.e. different from all the others) and
univocal (not reproducible).
Reliability
All the electronic and mechanical parts are
designed, manufactured and tested to resist
heavy duty usage in extreme working conditions:
temperatures from -20°C to +55°C,
shocks and vibrations, chemical exposure
(i.e. oils, varnishes and thinners), electromagnetic
disturbance, dust and water (protection
degree IP65).
Transmitters
MD - MA Transmitting units
Model MD with digital commands and joysticks configurable up to 5 steps for each semi-axis; model MA with 4 or 6 analogue
commands plus on/off commads; both used in combination with C26PRO receiving unit.
PRO-M Transmitting units
Specifically designed for the safe control of truck mounted devices like loader cranes.
Single or dual axis stepless joysticks are fitted, together with a three-way toggle switch to set the speed range. A “Remote
Set-up” function allows the installer to calibrate from the transmitter the minimum and maximum speeds for each
movement.
…..and also the KSI Hydraulic Servo Command Kit (optional)
The KSI is a fully independent auxiliary hydraulic system that
permits the PRO-M radio remote control to be installed on
cranes that do not have an electro-hydraulic valve bank. It is
connected directly to the actuator rods of the crane’s manual
control system.
PRO-M 06
6 single-axis joysticks
A modular BUS architecture that easily adapts to a large number of industrial applications and makes future upgrades
much easier. Quick maintenance and spare parts reduced to a minimum. IP65 protection rating.
PRO-M Receiving unit
Compact and robust, ideal for installation on vehicles. Built-in mounting brackets, easy access for cabling, designed and
built with materials (nylon/fibreglass) to resist weather and the vibrations produced by the vehicle. Multi-voltage switch
mode power supply for use on 12V or 24V vehicles. IP65 protection rating.
Wide availability of interfaces for field BUS (e.g. CAN).
Tailor-made solutions
While maintaining the safety level for which they are distinguished, the radio remote controls of the C26PRO range can be
configured (layout, type and description of the command actuators) to adapt to the most varying application requirements
and usage habits.
