About us<br />
To continue to be in a position to face the constant<br />
new challenges from the business world<br />
we are pleased to announce the following increased<br />
capacity to our headquarters in<br />
Schaan, Liechtenstein.<br />
As of August Prestige Trust reg., a licensed<br />
trust company in Liechtenstein, has joined the<br />
<strong>Jeeves</strong> <strong>Group</strong>. This company with a staff of 5<br />
will move into the main office building at<br />
Bahnhofstrasse 7, Schaan. Prestige Trust reg.<br />
headed by Dr. Heinz Hagen is specialized in<br />
areas where the <strong>Jeeves</strong> <strong>Group</strong> wished to expand,<br />
so that the companies’ activities not only<br />
complement each other, but we gain qualified<br />
staff as well.<br />
Dr. Heinz Hagen was born 1955 and after primary<br />
and junior schools in Lustenau and Bregenz,<br />
Austria, went on to study business economics<br />
in Innsbruck. He achieved his doctor’s<br />
degree in 1981. Professionally he worked in the<br />
traditional textile industry in Vorarlberg, Austria.<br />
He also made a career in banking with the Austrian<br />
Province Bank resp. Bank Austria from<br />
1983 to 1992 as manager for industrial and high<br />
net worth asset individuals. From 1999 to 2002<br />
he was General Manager for Bodycote in<br />
Schaan, a British quoted company. From 2002<br />
to 2005 he was deputy general manager for a<br />
large Liechtenstein trust company before forming<br />
as managing director and partner of the<br />
Prestige Trust reg. Prestige will benefit from the<br />
multidisciplinary infrastructure within the <strong>Jeeves</strong><br />
<strong>Group</strong>.<br />
Prestige will offer us a further client base and<br />
expertise in promising growing markets. Dr.<br />
Heinz Hagen will also join our Management<br />
Committee. He speaks English, German and<br />
French and his hobbies are skiing, hunting and<br />
shooting.<br />

Nr. IX – 2007<br />
In our last Newsletter we informed our readers<br />
that Peter Weidinger had joined our Management<br />
Committee. Peter Weidinger was born<br />
1960, is a Swiss citizen and attended the primary<br />
and junior schools in Chur, Switzerland.<br />
During his legal studies at the University of Zurich<br />
he taught at various schools on the subjects<br />
of economics and commercial accountancy.<br />
Between the university terms he undertook<br />
his military service achieving the rank of<br />
Captain.<br />
After successful completion of his university<br />
exams, he passed his Swiss Bar examination in<br />
June 1993. Thereafter he was responsible for<br />
customer relations, client consultancy, estate<br />
planning and tax matters, as well as the administration<br />
of the same and connected personnel<br />
management.<br />
As a result of his additional further education<br />
during 2000 as a compliance officer, his duties<br />
also included due diligence, compliance and he<br />
was the responsible person for US withholding<br />
tax questions. He speaks English, French and<br />
Italian.<br />
Peter Weidinger is married, has three children<br />
and his hobbies are skiing and sailing.<br />
We are also pleased to announce that<br />
Dr. Norbert Marxer has joined us as consultant<br />
as of the 1 st August 2007.<br />
Dr. Norbert Marxer was born 1943, is a Liechtenstein<br />
citizen and attended primary and<br />
grammar schools in Liechtenstein.

After studying law in Innsbruck and Geneva he<br />
achieved his doctor’s degree in both laws in<br />
April 1974 at the University of Salzburg. He<br />
completed his professional training at the<br />
Princely court of Liechtenstein, the regional<br />
Austrian courts in Feldkirch and Bregenz and at<br />
the State Chancellery in St. Gall, Switzerland.<br />
From 1976 Dr. Marxer held various positions<br />
with the Liechtenstein Government where he<br />
was head of Chancery, Ombudsman, Head of<br />
legal Services, Deputy Public Prosecutor. He<br />
also represented Liechtenstein for various<br />
cases before the European Human Rights<br />
Commission and is an acknowledged authority<br />
on the Liechtenstein legal system. He received<br />
form the Federal President of Austria the Grand<br />
Silver Medal of Honour.<br />
From 2001 Dr. Norbert Marxer was active as a<br />
partner in a major Liechtenstein Fiduciary firm,<br />
where he was responsible for a major Swiss<br />
bank, client services and asset planning. Dr.<br />
Marxer is married and the father of four children.<br />
We have also added to our staff considerably<br />
and to accommodate this increase we have<br />
taken additional offices in the building adjacent<br />
to us. The new premises at Poststrasse<br />
will give us the urgently required expansion<br />
space. Our international freight company, SLT<br />
Speditions Est., has moved from Bahnhofstrasse<br />
7 to the top floor of the Poststrasse<br />
premises.<br />
We have also as a newcomer on our general<br />
staff since 1 st August Dr. Daniel Pircher whom<br />
we would like to introduce. Dr. Daniel Pircher is<br />
an Austrian citizen, who achieved a doctorate of<br />
law and studied economics at the renowned<br />
University of Innsbruck.<br />

Nr. IX – 2007<br />
After his general practice at the Innsbruck<br />
Courts of Justice and in an Austrian law firm he<br />
was a legal advisor to a Liechtenstein trust<br />
company for the last four years. He speaks<br />
English, Italian and French and is ideally suited<br />
to assist clients' international affairs.<br />
The new appointments to our <strong>Group</strong> reflect our<br />
continuing expansion and the ensuing requirement<br />
for highly qualified staff. Continuity and<br />
innovation remains an important and integral<br />
part of our forward strategy.<br />
