at the end of a mile long private drive to the north of<br />

Launceston, a quiet and rural location but within three<br />

miles away, a dual carriageway travelling east to the M5 at<br />

Exeter and further on to the M4 at Bristol and west to the<br />

rest of Cornwall. The fast train to London Paddington from<br />

Exeter takes just 2 hours. Exeter International Airport has<br />

an increasing number of international flights and offers a<br />

very quick and efficient service, avoiding the need to travel<br />

to the London airports. The Ferry from Plymouth sails to<br />

both Spain and France.<br />

Directions<br />

From Exeter take the A30 towards Launceston, after about 38<br />

miles take the first Launceston turning. At the roundabout,<br />

take the A388 signposted Holsworthy and follow it for about<br />

1½ miles and, at the mini roundabout at the bottom of the hill,<br />

take the second exit (straight on) up St Stephens Hill. Pass<br />

through the village and continue on the B3254 (Bude Road) for<br />

½ a mile, turning left onto a minor road, signposted<br />

Egloskerry. Follow this road for about ½ a mile and, on the<br />

sharp left-hand bend, turn right onto the private drive and<br />

continue down this lane for about 300m and take the first left<br />

hand turn for Underwood Farm. Follow the drive to the bottom<br />

which is about 1 mile.<br />
