Julia earned her B.F.A. in theatre summa<br />

cum laude from Boston University, where<br />

she worked regionally with the Huntington<br />

Theatre Company.<br />

BOO KILLEBREW (Samantha/<br />

Choreographer) Boo is a founding member<br />

of CollaborationTown. Her play, They’re Just<br />

Like Us, was chosen for publication by<br />

The New York Theatre Experience for their<br />

anthology Plays & Playwrights 2007 and was<br />

nominated for four New York Innovative<br />

Theatre Awards. Boo is a recipient of the<br />

Boston University’s Bette Davis Award for<br />

Acting and Professional Promise and a New<br />

York Fringe Festival Award for Excellence in<br />

Performance.<br />

RYAN PURCELL (Mark) Ryan is very excited<br />

to be working with CollaborationTown on<br />

<strong>6969</strong>. Previous CTown projects include They’re<br />

Just Like Us and the workshop production of<br />

<strong>6969</strong>. He also directed The Deepest Play Ever<br />

for the Fringe Festival and was named Time<br />

Magazine’s Person of the Year for 2006. He<br />

would like to thank his family and Tom for<br />

MAX ROSENAK (John) Max is thrilled to be<br />

working with CollaborationTown again. Recent<br />

credits include: Dante’s Inferno<br />

(CollaborationTown), The James Wilde Project<br />

(Blessed Unrest), The Miracle Worker (Olney<br />

Theatre Center), The Rivals (Huntington Theatre<br />

Company), and Life Under Water (School At<br />

Steppenwolf). He is a graduate of Boston<br />

University (BFA 2005).<br />

DANIEL WALKER STOWELL (Timothy)<br />

Daniel is returning to the role of Timothy after<br />

making his debut with CollaborationTown in<br />

the <strong>6969</strong> workshop. He created the title<br />

character in the Michael Chekhov Theatre<br />

Company's production of The Last Temptation<br />

of Tony Christ and has performed regionally<br />

at The Shakespeare Theatre, Hartford Stage<br />

and The Vineyard Playhouse. Daniel received<br />

his BFA from Boston University.<br />

PHILLIP TARATULA* (Damien) With<br />

CollaborationTown: The Deepest Play Ever<br />

(FringeNYC) and They’re Just Like Us (Red<br />

Room). Other New York credits include White<br />

Noise (NYMF); In Search of Stanley Hammer<br />

(FringeNYC); and A Lightening of Fireflies<br />

(AndHow!). He also writes and performs<br />

regularly with CollaborationTown's Sketch<br />

Comedy troupe, Shenanigans. Regional<br />

credits: Huntington Theatre, Williamstown<br />

Theatre Festival, Boston Center for the Arts,<br />

Theatreworks/USA, and Boothbay Harbor<br />

Opera House. BFA, Boston University School<br />

of Theatre.<br />

COLLABORATIONTOWN<br />

(Producing Company) Founded in 2003 by<br />

alumni of Boston University's Theatre Studies<br />

program, CollaborationTown's members make<br />

all artistic and operating decisions by way of<br />

a team called the Artistic Core, stepping outside<br />

individual, traditional "roles" in order to unify<br />

different styles, opinions, emotions,<br />

backgrounds and philosophies into cohesive<br />

ensemble-driven pieces of theatre. Past<br />

productions include The Deepest Play Ever:<br />

The Catharsis of Pathos (FringeNYC 2006<br />

Award Winner), <strong>6969</strong> (workshop), They're Just<br />

Like Us (nominated for four 2006 Innovative<br />

Theatre Awards including Best Original Full-<br />

Length Script and Best Production), The<br />

Astronomer's Triangle (nominated for four<br />

2005 Innovative Theatre Awards including<br />

Best Original Full-Length Script and Best<br />

Production), The Trading Floor, This is a<br />

Newspaper (FringeNYC 2003 Award Winner),<br />

and Dante's Inferno. Shenanigans Comedy<br />

Collective, CollaborationTown's rebellious<br />

middle child, performs biting sketch comedy<br />

on a monthly basis.<br />

JESICA AVELLONE (CTown Producing Team)<br />

Jesica is a founding member of<br />

CollaborationTown, for whom she is adapting<br />

Orestes. She is currently acting with the Striking<br />

Viking Story Pirates and in an Incubator project<br />

at the Ontological-Hysteric Theater. Jesica was<br />

nominated for an Innovative Theatre Award<br />

for Outstanding Original Music for The<br />

Astronomer's Triangle.<br />

CARLY CIOFFI (Director's Associate)<br />

Recent assistant directing credits include:<br />

GEOFFREY DECAS (Set Design) Geoffrey<br />

co-founded CollaborationTown. He received<br />

his BFA from Boston University’s School<br />

of Theatre Arts in 2003, and has studied<br />

playwriting with Charles Mee. Geoffrey received<br />

a Fringe Excellence Award for Outstanding<br />

Playwriting for The Deepest Play Ever: The<br />

Catharsis of Pathos and is a co-founder of<br />

Shenanigans Comedy Collective, which<br />

produces monthly sketch comedy shows.<br />

LEON DOBKOWSKI (Costume Design)<br />

CTown: The Astronomer’s Triangle, The<br />

Trading Floor. Other: Smoking Bloomberg,<br />

And The Earth Moved (NYMF); Triumph of<br />

Love (AnyMinuteNow); The Germans In Paris<br />

TERRI GABRIEL (CTown Producing Team)<br />

Terri trained at Boston University with a<br />

concentration in Voice and Speech studying<br />

under a Linklater master. She assistant vocal<br />

coached Blood Wedding and Infinity’s House,<br />

coached Othello, and workshopped Blood<br />

Wedding at Columbia University. With<br />

CollaborationTown, Terri has acted, directed,<br />

and/or written The Trading Floor, The<br />

Astronomer’s Triangle, They’re Just Like Us,<br />

<strong>6969</strong> and The Deepest Play Ever.<br />

ROBIN GANEK (Stage Manager) Robin is<br />

elated to again be a part of CollaborationTown<br />

and <strong>6969</strong>. She is the Production Manager for<br />

Katharsis Theater Company’s production of<br />

The Polish Play. She was the Assistant Stage<br />

Manager on Dark Matters at Rattlestick<br />

Playwrights Theater and this past summer she<br />

was an Assistant Production Manager at<br />

Williamstown Theatre Festival.<br />

MATTHEW HOPKINS (Director) Acting and<br />

directing credits include The Deepest Play Ever<br />

(FringeNYC), They're Just Like Us (The Red<br />

Room), ‘Twas the Night… (PS122), The<br />

Films and the Vineyard Theater. She holds a<br />

currently Artistic Associate at the Roundabout<br />

NOAH STARR (Fight Choreographer) is from<br />

Camden, Maine. He has made appearances<br />

on “Late Night with Conan O'Brien”, “MTV”,<br />

“AMC”, “COURT TV”, “CNBC”, “E!”, “Maury<br />

Povich” and in the upcoming feature film “Nail<br />

Polish”. As a Fight Director, Noah has worked<br />

with Nathan Lane and Andrea Martin.<br />

TJ WITHAM (CTown Producing Team)<br />

TJ is an artistic core member of<br />

CollaborationTown. He has collaborated<br />

non-profit theatre community of New York<br />

BRANDON WOLCOTT (Sound Design)<br />

Brandon is a sound designer and actor. With<br />

CollaborationTown: The Astronomer's Triangle,<br />

They're Just Like Us, <strong>6969</strong>, and The Deepest<br />

Play Ever. Most recent: The Pillowman (Berkely<br />

Rep) and The Oresteia (Blue Coyote). He also<br />

produces techno music. He loves working<br />
