ARTICLE II : Standing Committees<br />
Section 2. <strong>No</strong>minating Committee<br />
This committee shall report to the Reunion its<br />
recommendations for Officers and New Board Members<br />
to the <strong>Association</strong> for the ensuing term.<br />
Each annual class of the Board of Directors, upon<br />
beginning its third (3rd) year in office, shall become<br />
the <strong>No</strong>minations Committee for a term of one (1) year,<br />
terminating at the conclusion of the Annual General<br />
Membership Meeting of the <strong>69th</strong> <strong>Infantry</strong> <strong>Division</strong><br />
<strong>Association</strong>. <strong>The</strong> Chairman of the <strong>No</strong>minations Committee<br />
shall commence with the following Units and in<br />
chronological order:<br />
1. <strong>Division</strong> Artillery<br />
2. <strong>Division</strong> Special Troops and Attached Units<br />
3. 271st <strong>Infantry</strong> Regiment<br />
4. 272nd <strong>Infantry</strong> Regiment<br />
5. 273rd <strong>Infantry</strong> Regiment<br />
