ARTICLE II : Standing Committees
Section 2. Nominating Committee
This committee shall report to the Reunion its
recommendations for Officers and New Board Members
to the Association for the ensuing term.
Each annual class of the Board of Directors, upon
beginning its third (3rd) year in office, shall become
the Nominations Committee for a term of one (1) year,
terminating at the conclusion of the Annual General
Membership Meeting of the 69th Infantry Division
Association. The Chairman of the Nominations Committee
shall commence with the following Units and in
chronological order:
1. Division Artillery
2. Division Special Troops and Attached Units
3. 271st Infantry Regiment
4. 272nd Infantry Regiment
5. 273rd Infantry Regiment
ARTICLE y: : Financial Report Year
The Annual Financial reporting period shall be
determined by the Treasurer, confirmed by the
Auditor, and approved by the Board of Directors.
