The Committee on ARS after detailed discussions has<br />
recommended 55 <strong>disciplines</strong> in 7 major groups <strong>and</strong> has finetuned<br />
I harmonised the eligibility <strong>qualific<strong>at</strong>ions</strong> proposed by<br />
Dr. Paroda Committee <strong>for</strong> these <strong>disciplines</strong>. These<br />
recommend<strong>at</strong>ions <strong>of</strong> the Committee on ARS have been<br />
approved by the Hon'ble AM & President, ICAR. A list <strong>of</strong><br />
st<strong>at</strong>ement showing the approved ARS <strong>disciplines</strong> <strong>and</strong> the<br />
eligibility <strong>qualific<strong>at</strong>ions</strong> <strong>for</strong> each <strong>of</strong> these <strong>disciplines</strong> as<br />
finally approved <strong>for</strong> <strong>recruitment</strong> to ARS <strong>at</strong> the entry level is<br />
enclosed.<br />
These eligibility conditions shall be effective from the<br />
ARS Examin<strong>at</strong>ion <strong>of</strong> 2012.<br />
Further necessary action may please be taken <strong>at</strong> your<br />
end accordingly.<br />
