Maintains compliance with Higher Learning Commission (HLC)<br />
accreditation guidelines as it relates to learning and assessment.<br />
Maintains records <strong>of</strong> all assessment committee meetings, including<br />
attendance and minutes. Compiles and disseminates minutes and other<br />
public records through appropriate channels, maintains list <strong>of</strong> active<br />
members and the responsibilities delegated to them, maintains and<br />
makes public the calendar <strong>of</strong> events, and archives all documents,<br />
reports, communications, and data sent or received relevant to the<br />
business <strong>of</strong> the committee.<br />
Serves as Assessment Committee Chairperson and leads the committee<br />
to plan and carry out assessment projects. Coordinates and oversees the<br />
drafting <strong>of</strong> all assessment documents and reports. Supports the ongoing<br />
efforts to maintain compliance with Higher Learning Commission (HLC)<br />
accreditation guidelines as it relates to learning and assessment.<br />

Oversees the dual credit coordinators in Mathematics. Manages quality<br />
assurance amongst coordinators, assessment and evaluation <strong>of</strong><br />
instruction. Dual credit coordinators provide pr<strong>of</strong>essional development,<br />
guidance, mentorship for dual credit programs.<br />
Coordination Supports department chair by coordinating evaluation <strong>of</strong> adjunct faculty<br />
and reviewing adjunct syllabi in the field <strong>of</strong> Criminal Justice.<br />
