‘Master Plan’ and dealt with abandoned church properties.
The District Parsonage and Leased Offices subcommittee has successfully negotiated the
purchase of a replacement parsonage for the Ottumwa District, worked on parsonage standards
legislation for the 1999 Annual Conference and worked with districts on the relocation of district
offices.
The Board of Trustees has granted a number of Priscilla Fund requests during 1999 and
encourages local churches to use this source of funding for new programs and ministries in the
local church.
