of Senior Citizens including the granting of benefits and privileges.

ABOUT THE SERVICE: OSCA services are extended to Filipino Senior Citizens
aging 60 years old and above and a bonafide residence of Bacolod City. Services it
provides include issuance of OSCA ID, Medicine Purchase Booklet, and Grocery
Purchase Booklet.
