– Manufactured from untreated Black Forest spruce and fir
– Additives: 4% sodium silicate content used in 31/30 mm
thick boards for the two ply laminated construction.

GUTEX Thermofloor is a versatile impact insulation board
for all floor applications, including wet and dry screed. Suitable
for loads up to 5 kN/m².
Applications:
For air, impact and thermal insulation under:
– Wet screed (cement, anhydrite, etc.)
– Mastic asphalt
– Dry screed
– Floor board

Installation Instructions:
– Store dry and install under dry conditions.
– Suitable for single or double layer staggered joint
installation. Max. built-up height is 60 mm (refer to table).
– If higher insulation built-up heights are required, use
GUTEX Thermosafe-wd (max. 100 mm).
– Base must be dry, even and technically sound.
– If necessary, install moisture barrier.
– Wood beam floor constructions require trickle
protection paper.
– Install the edge strip to the same height as the entire
construction.
– Cutting: GUTEX saw blades for jigsaw or circular saw
with vacuum attachment.
– Use the remainder of the last sheet of a row to start the
next row (refer to layout plan).
