on American music <strong>in</strong> the 20th century. The first woman to conduct a major American<br />
symphony orchestra also taught music to such diverse musical personalities as Aaron<br />
Copland, Qu<strong>in</strong>cy Jones, Philip Glass and <strong>Chicago</strong>’s very own Patricia and Philip Morehead.<br />
Jo<strong>in</strong> the members of the Ondas Ensemble (Julie Koid<strong>in</strong>, flute; Victoria Holland,<br />
soprano; and Rick Ferguson, piano) and composer Patricia Morehead for a special<br />
even<strong>in</strong>g en musique et en paroles around the legacy of Nadia Boulanger and the music<br />
