vividwireless <strong>launch</strong>es Australia’s first 4G personal <strong>Wi</strong>-<strong>Fi</strong> <strong>hotspot</strong> - <strong>ViVi<strong>Fi</strong></strong>®<br />
vividwireless today announced the <strong>launch</strong> of the <strong>ViVi<strong>Fi</strong></strong>® <strong>Wi</strong>-<strong>Fi</strong> <strong>hotspot</strong>. Bridging<br />
the gap between a traditional home gateway and a wireless USB Modem, it is a<br />
portable 4G wireless <strong>Wi</strong>-<strong>Fi</strong> <strong>hotspot</strong> providing 4G internet access for multiple<br />
personal <strong>Wi</strong>-<strong>Fi</strong> devices.<br />
“The <strong>ViVi<strong>Fi</strong></strong>® <strong>Wi</strong>-<strong>Fi</strong> <strong>hotspot</strong> is the first 4G <strong>Wi</strong>-<strong>Fi</strong> <strong>hotspot</strong> in Australia,” said<br />
vividwireless CEO Martin Mercer. “<strong>Wi</strong>th the <strong>ViVi<strong>Fi</strong></strong>® you don’t need multiple data<br />
plans for each of your portable <strong>Wi</strong>-<strong>Fi</strong> capable devices like your iPad, smart phone<br />
or laptop. You can use it at home or on the move within the vividwireless<br />
coverage area. It’s small, sleek pebble design means it fits easily into your<br />
pocket or bag”.<br />
The <strong>ViVi<strong>Fi</strong></strong>® <strong>Wi</strong>-<strong>Fi</strong> <strong>hotspot</strong> is available from vividwireless online at<br />
vividwireless.com.au, through the Sales and Service Centre on 1300 32 78 37 or<br />
via Harvey Norman or Dick Smith electronic stores.<br />
The <strong>ViVi<strong>Fi</strong></strong>® <strong>Wi</strong>-<strong>Fi</strong> <strong>hotspot</strong> is available free of charge for customers who select<br />
from a range of eligible 24 month data plans, including the new Unlimited Plan for<br />
$75 per month (total minimum cost is $1810, incl delivery).<br />
Alternatively, it can be purchased outright for $199 with the option of either a<br />
prepaid or month-to-month plan. A $100 cash back discount is available when<br />
you purchase a <strong>ViVi<strong>Fi</strong></strong>® before 31 st December 2010 at either Harvey Norman or<br />
Dick Smith and have a data plan activated for at least 35 days.
