AIR DRYERS SOLUTIONS 

FRIULAIR S.r.l. was founded in 1989 and in a little over 10 years has become one of the world's 

leading producers of dryers, filters, refrigerators and accessories for 

compressed air processing. Quality, versatility, environmental 

awareness and reliability are the major features of our products. 

Many years of experience in development, manufacture and 

marketing plus high quality control standards are the characteristics

-This high efficiently cooling module has a direct effect 

on reducing energy consumption and pressure drop. 

-The main advantages are: low pressure drop even with 

load variances and a constant pressure DewPoint with 

differing load conditions. 

-The components of the ACT range from refrigerant to 

materials of construction have been selected with 

maximum respect for the environment and their ability to 

be recycled. 

-Flow to 10,800 m 3 /h 

-In some industry (electronics, pharmaceutical, food 

preparation, pneumatic conveying, etc.) or for 

installations with external pipe work, a pressure 

DewPoint of +3°C from a refrigerant dryer is not 

sufficient. 

For these applications, a heatless adsorption dryer is 

required supplying compressed air at a pressure 

DewPoint of down -40degC to -70 °C. Heatless dryers 

are compact and have low purchase and maintenance 

costs. 

-Flow to 9,000 m 3 /h 

-Compressed air is a valuable source of power, but it 

benefits from being clean and free from impurities. For 

this reason, FRIULAIR has optimized the FT range for 

compressed air. The filter body in aluminum is anodized 

outside and inside to prevent corrosion. 

Filter elements (cartridge) are easy to interchangeable 

and supplies in four different grade of filtration. 

-The range covers flow rate from 850 Nl/min. up to 

42.000 Nl/min. Maximum operating pressure 16 bar.

Compressor Varnish Remover 

Varnasolv can help alleviate the problems caused by varnish 

and carbon. Varnasolv is designed to be used as an additive 

in the lubricant to remove and suspend varnish while the 

compressor is in operation. Using Varnasolv eliminates the 

need for disassembling the compressor for cleaning. For
