Progeny of: Typhon
Sex: Male
Sect: N/A, Independent
Title: Clan Founder, King/ Pharaoh of the Underworld/After life
Location: His Spirit rules the Egyptian underworld as King/Pharaoh
History: The history of Set and Osiris are dependent upon one another. As Set was banished from
Egypt he met his fate among the Kindred as did Osiris and the two brothers warred for millennia'.
And in the end Osiris was destroyed by his brother Set. Only to be resurrected by his wife only to yet
again be destroyed by Set's hand. Though on this second occasion destroyed the Children of Osiris
as well. The Disciplines of this lost clan spur a lot of debate as the only known references to them
are eye witness accounts which are rare to say the least or come from a small piece of text about
Osiris "... He had the strength of a hundred men (Potence)... and the paternal speed of the Sands
(Celerity)...when he spoke his word could not be denied (?)...". As you can see the last example of
his power could either be those of Presence or of Dominate. Presence seems doubtful as this would
make him a Brujah and I have never seen a reference to Troile as Typhon nor does his age
correlate with the idea that Troile was his sire. However if this power were Dominate he would have
a whole line unto himself... The theory is Typhon is but the name for Nosferat. Following the
massacre in the Second City Nosferat would need a diversion for his brother Set's wrath. What
better diversion is there than giving Set's real brother power equal to Set's own? Regardless the war
between Set and Osiris became something of myth, religion and legend. Note; the modern day
Children of Osiris are only partially descended form the Osiris of old as the founder of the Bloodline
is the last unliving member of the Osiris Clan but is on a far different path.
And with that perhaps now you may know the truth...
Current Generation: 3rd — though it is irrelevant as he is now deceased.
Embraced Generation: 3rd
Date of Birth: Unknown
Date of Embrace: Unknown
Current Status: Deceased, Diablerized by Tremere in 1096
Progeny of: Either Enoch or Irad but is often referred to as a childe of Caine
Sex: Male
Sect: N/A, though rumors persist among the Tal'mahe'Ra and Inconnu
Title: Clan Founder, ...the Penitent, ...the Saint
Location: Originally from the Asian Indian region he later moved himself and his progeny into the
Carpathian's. Only to have himself and his clan diablerized by the Tremere. Now his location is
assumed to be heaven or the like as he is dead. Though rumors persist that he is the silent watcher
of the Aralu in the Shadow Enoch.
History: Saulot was the first Cainite to attain the blessed state of Golconda. Though in modern
times the Salubri are thought to be evil they were not. They were warrior healers of profound depth
and conviction. The most and least human of all the kindred as they lacked much of the frailty of
humanity but flowed with its compassion. Rumors persist among the Inconnu, Tremere and
remaining Salubri that Saulot was not diablerized but was amalgamated into Tremere so as to be
something more than the two parts. What shall arise when Tremere yet rises from torpor next
remains to be seen.
